While Facebook and other social sites provide an open social media forum, they are also family-friendly platforms, and we ask y’all to please keep your comments and wall posts respectful and family-friendly. Circle Z Ranch is a member of the Dude Ranchers' Association (DRA), offering genuine western hospitality. Circle Z Ranch will embrace three of their core principles “heart, hospitality, and honesty” on all social platforms, and ask our followers to do the same.
In addition to keeping it family friendly, we ask that you follow our posting guidelines. If you do not comply within the guidelines outlined below, your message may be removed from public viewing. You will be notified and given three warnings. Upon the third warning, Circle Z Ranch reserves the right to block you from further commenting on our Facebook page or other social sites that the occurrences took place on:
- You participate at your own risk, taking personal responsibility for your comments, your username, and any information provided.
- We do not allow graphic, obscene, explicit, racial comments, or submissions, nor do we allow comments that are abusive, hateful, or intended to defame anyone or any organization.
- We do not allow solicitations or advertisements. This includes promotion or endorsements of any financial, commercial, governmental, or non-governmental agencies. Similarly, we do not allow attempts to defame or defraud any financial, commercial, governmental, or non-governmental agencies.
- We do not allow comments that suggest or encourage illegal activity, dangerous equine activity, and comments that infringe on copyrights or trademarks.
- We do not allow comments that promote political purposes or a political candidate/party.
- We do not allow comments that promote or endorse any religious organizations.
- We do not allow comments that personally identify medical or health information to stay HIPPA compliant that may be collected for the purpose of assuring proper liability coverage for riding.
- We do not allow comments that contain information that may compromise the safety, security, or proceedings of public systems or any criminal on civil investigations.
- As a private entity, Circle Z Ranch reserves the right to retain and archive copies of all posts and comments for the sole purpose of protecting Circle Z Ranch.
Comments are generally responded to within two hours during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 to 5:00). While Circle Z Ranch recognizes the importance of social media, Circle Z Ranch, does not allow our followers to initiate posting threads.
