The Sweepstakes begins at 11:59 MT on April 2, 2018 and ends at 11:59 MT on Sunday April 08, 2018 ("End Date").
SWEEPSTAKES:
Circle Z Equestrian Ranch’s Show Us Your Fave Cowboy Hat selfie promotional sweepstakes is being hosted on Instagram. Followers and potential followers need to upload a selfie with their favorite cowboy hat for a chance to win a weekend stay for two with us along with two 3-hour daily pass for trail riding to be used either Saturday or Sunday.
METHOD OF ENTRY:
Eligible participants must provide a single entry through Instagram by uploading and posting a recent selfie picture prior to 11:59 MT, April 8, 2018 using #trailenwithcirclez and the call out @circlezer to be eligible to WIN. Participants may also enter the sweepstakes by mailing a copy of their photo directly to us at the address below. All entries become property of Circle Z Equestrian Ranch and will not be returned.

Circle Z Equestrian Ranch asks that all Instagram followers and participants in the above sweepstakes keep posting comments family-friendly by following our standard Social Media Policy practices on Instagram.
GENERAL ELIGIBILITY:
The sweepstakes is open only to residents of Colorado and bordering states including Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Utah, and New Mexico. All participants must be 18 years of age or older to participate at the time of entry. All Circle Z Equestrian Ranch employees, investors, and their immediate family members (spouses, children, siblings, and parents) are not eligible to participate.

RESTRICTION PARTICIPATION:
One entry per person. Must be 18 years of age or older. All entries must include a cowboy hat only, use the hashtag #trailenwithcirclezer along with a callout @circlezer in their post to be eligible to win.
LIMITATIONS:
By entering your photo into Circle Z Equestrian Ranch’s “Show Us Your Fave Cowboy Hat” sweepstakes, you authorize permission for Circle Z Equestrian Ranch the right to use names, photographs, character, voices, and likenesses in connection with this and other promotions, unless prohibited by law. This use will strictly be used to publicize it in marketing & promotional material (online or in print) and for use with any of their affiliated marketing media.
Your entrance into this sweepstakes releases Circle Z Equestrian Ranch of all liability or responsibility of any technical failures that could occur during the entering process into the sweepstakes. This includes any computer or smartphone issues but not limited to any cable, network, hardware, or software issues along with any inaccessibility or unavailable internet (wire, wireless) connections that would prevent you from being able to enter into the sweepstakes.
PRIZES:
The winner of the sweepstakes will receive (1) free weekend stay (approximate value $150) with us in one of our standard cabins along with (2) single daily passes for 3 hours of trail riding (approximate value $240 per pass) to be used either Saturday or Sunday. Complete total package approximate value is $750. No cash or other prize substitutions will be honored except at the discretion of Circle Z Ranch’s Digital Marketing Specialist. The specific prize substitution will be determined by Circle Z Equestrian Ranch. The actual prize values may differ at the time the prizes are awarded due to the seasonal demands of our lodging and trail riding. Prizes are nonrefundable and nontransferable to others and request for cash equivalent by winner is not permitted.
The above prizes must be used within the 2018-2019 calendar year and all travel cost to redeem prizes are not included. Upon winner acceptance of prizes, Circle Z Equestrian Ranch reserves the right to use winner’s name for the purpose of announcing winner on their social media sites and advertising without further compensation to be paid by Circle Z Equestrian Ranch.
ODDS OF WINNING:
Many will enter, only (1) will win. The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries posted to our sweepstake’s hashtag trailenwithcirclez.
WINNER SELECTION and NOTIFICATION:
The winner will be determined randomly by all eligible entries viewed on trailenwithcirclez's hashtag search using Hootsuite’s randomizer on or around April 9, 2018. The results of the entries are final as of 11:59 April 8, 2018. A winner will be announced Monday, April 9, 2018 and will be subject to the official rules of Circle Z's Show Us Your Fave Cowboy Hat Sweepstakes.
If the winner can’t be contacted, or winning entry is discovered to be invalid for any reason, or winner doesn’t comply with the official rules, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be chosen. Only the advertised number of prizes stated in our official rules will be awarded.
Circle Z Equestrian Ranch will notify winner by phone, email, or through commenting on the winner’s photo. For those who enter through Instagram, we ask the winner to send a DM (Direct Message) to claim the prize. Winner must respond within 48 hours of winning announcement (via phone message, Instagram DM, or email notice) to claim prize. Failure to respond to our announcement may result in forfeiture of prize and an alternative winner may be chosen. A direct message via email or Instagram will be considered prize conformation and Circle Z Equestrian Ranch will document prize and winner in their computer for booking accommodations.
